Terms of Service – Show & Shine Detailing

At Show & Shine Detailing, we treat each vehicle individually because every vehicle is unique. The condition of the paint, interior, and previous treatments differ from car to car. Therefore, results can never be exactly the same on two vehicles.

🚗 Chemical Deep Interior Cleaning

What Is Included?

  • ✔️ Thorough vacuuming of all surfaces (floors, seats, trunk)
  • ✔️ Deep cleaning of carpets, seats, armrests and doors
  • ✔️ Cleaning and disinfection of plastic and rubber surfaces
  • ✔️ Interior refreshment and odour neutralization
  • ✔️ Washing and cleaning of interior windows

What Is Not Included?

  • ❌ Removal of stubborn stains deeply embedded in fabric
  • ❌ Removal of nicotine or intense odours
  • ❌ Repair of mechanical damage to interior

✨ Vehicle Polishing

Single-Layer Polishing (Basic Correction)

  • ✔️ Removal of light surface scratches
  • ✔️ Improvement of paint shine
  • ✔️ Application of protective wax layer

Multi-Layer Polishing (Full Correction)

  • ✔️ Removal of most scratches and imperfections
  • ✔️ Maximum restoration of shine and colour depth
  • ✔️ Application of protective coating (wax, sealant, or ceramic)

ℹ️ Important: Each paint reacts differently to polishing depending on age, paint type, and previous treatments. Results vary from vehicle to vehicle.

What Is Included?

  • ✔️ Deep vacuuming of carpets, seats and all surfaces
  • ✔️ Detailed cleaning of plastic, rubber and leather parts
  • ✔️ Washing and disinfection of all touch surfaces
  • ✔️ Ventilation refresh and odour neutralization
  • ✔️ Washing and cleaning of interior windows

What Is Not Included?

  • ❌ Removal of weatherstripping seals
  • ❌ Removal of taillight covers or protection
  • ❌ Cleaning of roof interior
  • ❌ Repair of mechanical damage

📋 Booking and No-Show Policy

We use the Zoyya app for easy appointment scheduling. After booking, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with appointment details.

⚠️ Important: If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without cancelling at least 24 hours in advance, the service will be charged in full to cover lost time and resources.
